Cancellation Policy

All initial assessments must be paid in full at the time of booking to confirm the appointment. Sessions are held in person unless an online appointment is requested or required. If you'd prefer to email before booking, arrange an appointment via email, or pay by bank transfer instead of using the online booking system, you're welcome to get in touch directly. Cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice to receive a full refund. You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the start. Late cancellations or missed appointments are non-refundable.
